The Daniel Plan is a healthy lifestyle program founded on biblical principles. The program runs over 6 weeks and is based on the pillars of Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus & Friends.
As opposed to “The Daniel Fast”, The Daniel Plan is about moving towards healthy lifestyle choices that can be sustained over the long term. The Daniel Plan is not a weight loss diet nor is it a get fit quick regime. It’s a plan that helps people to make healthier lifestyle choices that better serve them and honour the unique body God has created.
If you are ready to put in the effort and are committed to improving your health, vitality, and quality of life, then the Daniel Plan may be what you are looking for.
